Casino Midas KYC Verification Process
Casino Midas runs KYC checks to confirm who you are, where you live, and that the payment method you use belongs to you. Verification is triggered at registration in some cases, and it becomes mandatory before the first withdrawal or when account activity needs extra confirmation.
- Identity (ID/Passport): Upload one valid document: passport, national ID card, or driving licence. Casino Midas checks your full name, date of birth, document number, expiry date, and the photo. The image must be in colour, sharp, and show the full document without cropped corners.

Accepted examples include a utility bill (electricity, gas, water), a bank statement, or an official government letter. Screenshots are rejected when they hide the issuer, date, or page edges.
- Payment method: If you deposit by bank card, Casino Midas requests a photo of the card with the middle digits covered, while the first 6 and last 4 digits stay visible, plus the cardholder name and expiry date. If you use an e-wallet, the casino asks for a screenshot or PDF from the wallet account page showing your name and the wallet ID/email; transaction screenshots without the account owner details do not pass. For bank transfers, they ask for a statement page showing the account holder name and IBAN or account number.
Casino Midas starts KYC when you request a withdrawal, when you change key profile details (name, address, email, phone), when you add a new payment method, or when deposits and withdrawals patterns trigger an internal review. The casino also blocks withdrawals until KYC is complete if it detects multiple accounts linked to the same person or device.
Processing time is typically 24–72 hours after you submit clean, readable files. Cases with mismatched names, expired documents, unclear images, or incomplete card masking take longer because the casino asks for re-uploads.
Once Casino Midas approves KYC, the status stays valid unless you update personal details, switch payment methods, or your address document becomes outdated and the casino requests a fresh
